What is the 6-week challenge?

The 6-week challenge is an exclusive program that combines personalized workouts, nutrition guidance, and unwavering support to ensure you reach your fitness goals within the next 60 days.

Whether you want to shed unwanted pounds, build lean muscle, improve strength and endurance, or enhance your overall physique, this challenge is tailored to meet your individual needs.

During the 60 days, you will follow a carefully crafted exercise plan that includes a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility work. Workouts are designed to maximize fat burning, increase muscle definition, and improve your overall fitness level.

In addition to the workouts, you will have access to private Facebook group for the participants for additional motivation.

You will also get meal suggestions, portion control tips, and healthy eating habits to optimize your results and create sustainable lifestyle changes.

As your personal trainer, I will be there every step of the way to provide guidance, motivation, and individualized modifications. When does the Challenge start? 

Week 1 of the Challenge will begin on Monday 7th August and will continue for 60 days, ending October 5th, 2023

What will the 60 days challenge include?

1.) No Equipment Needed – In this program, you will not need any equipment to perform the exercise

2.) Dumbells Only Program- In this program, you will need a pair of dumbells, 5kg each. If you can get more 4kg or above that for progressive overload would be great, but if not just 5 kg is fine.

3.)Gym Access Required – For this program, you will need access to a gym as there is more most of the exercises will need to be performed with machine, for example lat pull-down or leg press.

4.)Tailored Program Based on Your Abilities & Need – This program is suitable for people with an injury, or after delivery, or have diastasis recti or arthritis and need modified exercises.

What are my weekly goals?

Each week during the Challenge, you will be provided with the following goals, making sure there is something for you every day:

  • Resistance workouts 3-4
  • Cardio workouts (Low-intensity to medium cardio ) x 1-2
  • Recovery workouts x 1-2
  • Mobility exercises x 1-2

Once the challenge begins on Monday, 7 August 2023, you’ll receive access to your specialized challenge workouts. Every Monday your workouts will renew into the next challenge week and these workouts will update to provide you with a new set of workouts.

How will I access the challenge?

You will access the challenge through my website log-in – either from your laptop/iPad/phone.

When and how do I register for the challenge?

You will need to register through this website to have access to the challenge.

Can I leave the challenge and get a refund if I cannot continue?

Once you leave the challenge, unfortunately, you cannot get the refund, however, you can return later and restart the challenge again from the beginning.
