Hi, I’m Christine — a Strength & Conditioning Certified Personal Trainer.
I believe a sustainable healthy lifestyle is shaped by our daily habits, and my training is anchored on that.
Exercise is important, but it must be structured in a way that syncs with your lifestyle and real-life demands. If you have an unavoidable board meeting, you can’t miss that to train with me. If your child needs you, that comes first. Fitness shouldn’t force you to choose between your life and your progress.
Sustaining a workout program becomes hard work and unsustainable when it’s unrealistic. That’s why I build training around what you can actually maintain. With home training, you can squeeze in 30–45 minutes within your 24 hours — consistently — and that’s where results come from.
I also incorporate nutrition into my coaching because it plays the biggest role. And we don’t ignore the foundations: sleep quality and stress management. These are not “extras.” They directly affect your energy, hormones, recovery, and results.
